I'd like to wear it with colored socks in the spring.
The size 24cm fits perfectly with thin socks. It feels a little big when worn barefoot, but the straps fit the instep well and provide stability. (The size 23.5cm felt small.)

I usually wear therapeutic insoles in lace-up shoes,
I was surprised that I could fit it into these sandals.
The size 23.0 is just right, but the toe of the sandals is narrow to fit the insole.
A size 0.5cm smaller is good.
It's natural that the heel will be loose if you wear a larger size, but I'm glad that the straps have elastic so I can adjust them.
