M is just right.
It depends on the shape of your feet, but since the heel is open, I think size M would be fine for people with feet size 24cm.
The upper is not exposed much, so it looks like it can be enjoyed for a long season.
The belt can be adjusted, so it is popular with people with high insteps and wide feet, but I also found it comfortable to wear even though I have a thin instep and narrow feet.
