Foot length: 23.7cm
Width: B (narrow)
Instep height: 5.3cm (low)
[Foot characteristics] I have bunions. I have trouble with my shoes slipping off easily. I usually wear size 23.5cm, but sometimes I wear size 24cm.

Worn at the 23rd Annual Glove Show.
The 23cm size, which is one size smaller than usual, was just right.
Your toes won't hit anything and your heels won't slip out.
I think it will vary from person to person, but I personally found them very comfortable to wear as they did not rub against my bunion bone.

Foot length: 24.0 cm
[Foot characteristics] My feet are narrow and have a high arch, so my instep is a little high. I usually wear a size 24cm or L. Depending on the design of the shoe, I sometimes choose a size M or 24.5cm.

I tried a size 24cm with foot covers and it felt loose overall, so I tried one size smaller.
The toes touch slightly, but if you plan to wear them barefoot, I would choose size 23.5cm.
If you don't have ingrown toenails and have narrow feet, you may want to go down one size.

Wide feet, high instep, normal heel circumference
I usually choose size 24cm, but sometimes choose size 24.5cm for narrow shoes.

These shoes are a little narrow so I bought size 24.5cm.
At first, the width in the front felt a little tight, but after wearing them once or twice, they stretched a little and fit well, with my heel not slipping out.

My feet are narrow and my heels are narrow. I usually wear size 23.5cm or M. Depending on the design of the sneakers or shoes, I sometimes choose size L or 24cm.
[Comments on wearing]
The size 23cm is half a size smaller than usual and is a little tight, but it feels like it will become more comfortable as I wear it, and my toes don't get in the way. If I were to wear a size 23.5, my heel would slip out.
There is a slight tightness around the instep, especially around the perforations around the opening.
If you have a high instep, I think going up half a size would be fine.
