My usual size (23.5cm) seems fine.

The deep instep makes them difficult to slip off, and they don't seem to cause fatigue even when worn for long periods of time.
The soles are thick, so they will be comfortable to wear even in the cold winter.
These shoes are popular in stores, and although they are roomy in width as they look, they are not very thick, so people with thick feet or high arches should be careful.
