My usual size (23.5cm) seems to be fine.
The toe is thick and there is ample room for the big toe.
I think it's very functional that the laces can be adjusted and you can put them on without removing the laces.

I felt they were roomy and comfortable to wear. They are lace-up shoes so they fit perfectly. The soles are also flexible and easy to walk in.

My usual shoe size is 22.5cm, but some shoes feel too big. I wear a size small sandal.

I wear my usual size 22.5cm. It's a little loose, but the laces allow for adjustment, so it fits perfectly without the heel slipping out. The leather is soft, so I didn't feel any pressure on the instep. I would also recommend it for people with wide feet.
