When wearing regular cotton socks, my usual size 23.5cm fits me perfectly. For stockings, I went one size smaller at 23.0cm and it fit perfectly.
The overall fit is relaxed, so even though they're loafers, they're not tiring to wear. I also recommend them for work.
It has a chain attached, but I was surprised at how light it was when I put it on.
